    LRST Request Form Personal Data Notice

    This notice explains, in a clear and accessible manner, how personal data submitted through the LRST preliminary review form is processed.

    1. Data controller

    Your personal data is processed by Green Asist as the data controller. Contact: omerfaruk@greenasist.com

    2. Personal data processed

    We may process your identity and contact details, company or organisation, previous and current-year consumption figures, notes and, if you choose to provide them, invoices and supporting documents.

    3. Purposes of processing

    Your data is processed only to receive your request, conduct an initial review of LRST eligibility and potential cost impact, contact you, conclude the request and maintain information security.

    4. Collection method and legal grounds

    Data is collected electronically from the information and documents you submit through this form. Processing relies on Article 5/2-c of Turkish Law No. 6698 where necessary for establishing or performing a contract and Article 5/2-f where necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

    5. Disclosure and retention

    Data may be shared only with authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting or email delivery, and with public authorities where legally required. It is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose and applicable legal retention periods end. If you choose WhatsApp, that provider’s terms also apply.

    6. Your rights under Article 11

    You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction or—where conditions apply—deletion or destruction, object to adverse automated results, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
